Resolution to Amend Bylaws voted in at the 2023 Annual Meeting:
Pursuant to Article V, Section 11 of the Bylaws of Sportsmen’s Club of Lake Vermilion, Inc. d/b/a Vermilion Lake Association (the “Bylaws”), be it
RESOLVED that the Bylaws are amended as follows:
Article III, Section 3, Annual Meeting is amended by substituting the following as the first sentence thereof, “The Annual Meeting shall be held between June 15 and September 15 of each year.”
